I grant permission to Culturally Travel & Nexos Marketing, its employees, and agents, to take and use visual/audio of me (photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me).

I agree that Culturally Travel & Nexos Marketing own the images and all rights related to them. 

 

The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying me, such as websites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters, theater slides, as well as a public-service documentary. 

 

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them or to be compensated. 

 

I release and fully discharge Culturally Travel & Nexos Marketing and its employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to my participation in the recordings or future use of them.
