What is the payment method & process?

Accepted participants can pay for the program using any major US debit & credit card.

Upon acceptance into the program, participants have 15 days to provide a $750 deposit to secure their spot.

The remaining balance can paid in installments according to your travel date.
What happens if DACA gets canceled or it is not safe for DACA recipients to do Advance Parole?

If DACA is canceled or travel is unsafe for DACA recipients, we will refund your full program fee (minus the $750 deposit).
Can I get a refund if I choose to withdraw from the trip?

We understand emergencies come up, so we can refund most of your paid amount minus the $750 deposit under extreme circumstances.
Do I need an attorney to help me file my Advance Parole?

Culturally Travel does NOT require hiring an attorney to help file your Advance Parole.
-
However, we want participants to feel safe while traveling on advance parole, and therefore, you can hire an accredited immigration attorney to represent you on form I-131.
-
We are happy to recommend affordable immigration attorneys.
What is the cost of filing for Advance Parole? Is this included in the program fee?

The Advance Parole application (form I-131) filing costs $630 and is not included in the Culturally Travel price.

ADDITIONALLY, DACA recipients are subject to a new $1,000 parole fee upon entry to the U.S.
Is lodging and other expenses covered during the independent time?

For Mexico and Spain lodging is not provided during the independent time. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own costs during this period.
