Culturally México is now accepting applications for our Group 2 - Puerto Vallarta, México Program.
Puerto Vallarta seduces with scenery, intrigues you with history, and teases you with flavor. The city and its surroundings have a unique combination of beauty, romance, natural wonders, and the exquisite Sierra Madre Mountains. There is also a wide array of cultural galleries and colorful shopping to keep tourists enthralled during their stay. Dining can be as simple as enjoying the late-night taco stands to indulging in the many gourmet options from the diverse Puerto Vallarta restaurants.
Eligibility

Be 18 years or older at the time of travel

Able to understand and speak Spanish
-
Have DACA with an expiration date after December 2022
Have a valid passport from your country of origin
Must have no Criminal or Immigration record

Proof of vaccination (COVID -19)
-
Must test negative to Covid-19 at least 72 hrs prior to travel

Be able to fly out of the designated city.

Washington State and be able to fly in & out of SeaTac Airport.
-
Chicago and be able to fly in & out of O'Hare International Airport.
-
San Francisco and be able to fly in & out of SFO International Airport.
-
Los Angeles and be able to fly in & out of LAX International Airport.

Program Cost:
The program cost is $4,500 which includes the following:

Flights to and from México back to Seattle-Tacoma international airport.

Lodging in individual rooms and meals.
-
Filed trips fees.
-
Transportation to and from field trips.
-
Group therapy sessions.
-
An unforgettable learning experience for DACA recipients to explore and connect with Mexico's language, culture, and traditions.

Participants who have been accepted can pay for the program using any US major debit & credit card.

Payment Process:

Upon acceptance into the program, participants can pay the total program costs to Culturally México of $4,500.
​
We can also accept 4 payments broken down in the following manner:

Upon acceptance into the program, participants have 15 days to provide a $750 deposit in order to secure their spot.

Followed by 3 payments of $1,250 by 5/15/2022, 6/15/2022, and 7/15/2022.
Additionally, participants will need to pay for:

The Advance Parole application (form I-131) filing cost is $575 and attorney fees may vary depending on the firm.

Culturally México has identified accredited and affordable immigration firms that can assist accepted participants in successfully completing this process.

The cost associated with form I-131 and legal representation will be paid directly to the immigration attorney.

Note: some immigration firms might be willing to represent accepted participants on a pro bono basis. This means participants will only need to pay for their I-131 application fee ($575).

We want all participants to feel safe while traveling on advance parole and therefore, Culturally México is requiring participants have an accredited immigration attorney represent them on form I-131.
